Consignments

We consign items you no longer love or need that are in clean, excellent shape without damage or in need of repair. We set prices with consignees based on our experience and details that you provide us about your piece. We reserve the right to decline items that aren't appropriate for our store.

Furniture consignment requires photos that can be emailed or brought to the store along with measurements, age, manufacturer, and condition. All upholstered furniture needs to be in clean, like new condition.

PRICING:
  • All merchandise will be priced at fair market value.
  • The consignment period is 90 days with the consignor receiving 50% of the selling price.
  • A 10% price reduction will be taken at the end of 30 days an additional 15% reduction from the original price at the end of 60 days and a 20% reduction from the original price will be taken automatically on any unsold items.
  • Our staff will notify you by phone at the expiration of the consignment period. You will then be required to pick your items up within 7 days or they will become the property of Newtique Boutique.
  • Unsold furniture can either be retrieved by owner or donated from the store and we will obtain a receipt for your records.

ESTATE SALE AGREEMENT
  • A PROFESSIONAL APPRAISER WILL PRICE AND INVENTORY ALL ITEMS TO BE SOLD.  The price of each piece.
  • We set prices with estate sales based on our experience and fair market value.
  • Newtique Boutique would like the option of having private showings before the estate sale.We know what our clients are looking for and it speeds up the sale of your items.
  • Any items not sold can be delivered to the Newtique Boutique store for consignment.
  • You have the option of utilizing your own moving services to transport you Items to the store or hire our qualified movers at a hourly rate of $90.00. All items will be protected with blankets.
